Safety and security is our top priority for both our clients and our associates. You can rest assured that we place a great emphasis on your privacy, your property, your palace!
We can provide daily, bi-weekly or monthly service. Some of the areas included in our basic service are kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining rooms, family rooms, utility rooms and more. We will provide fully trained professionals. A completed check list is a requirement for each job and will be left for our clients to review. We also have a quality control program where our leaders will periodically inspect associates work to make sure the work performed meets Tidy Buckets high standards.Touch Point Service
Touch points are items and places in a home or building that are frequently touched by people. Some examples of touch points are light switches, door knobs or handles, telephones, remote controls, a keyboard or mouse and just about anything people touch on a daily basis. We offer a touch point service that will clean and disinfect these areas every time we are in your home. This is just another way we want to help provide you with a healthy clean.Special Events
Do you have guests coming to visit or are you preparing to host a special event such as a holiday, birthday, anniversary or perhaps a social gathering? This can be a stressful time. Tidy Buckets can help ease your burden. We can provide before and after cleaning. We can also help you plan your event and if needed we will be there during the event providing you with the support you need to make your event a complete success.Pricing
Our pricing structure is based on many factors and variables. We realize that each home is unique and should be priced on the needs of each individual client. Some of the variables that influence pricing are, size of home, number of occupants, types of flooring, number of bathrooms, number of bedrooms, frequency of cleaning and individual needs of clients. We do not charge by the hour as this can prove to be costly to the client. Here is an example of what we mean. We have seen companies that will give a bid for something like 3 hours. If their crew has not completed the job in that amount of time, they will either continue cleaning and charge more than the original bid or will stop altogether before the job is complete. This is nonsense. We will complete the job no matter what. If we make a mistake when we propose a bid, then we are responsible, not our clients.
We issue discount certificates to our customers when they refer us to new clients that choose to accept our services. Please ask a Tidy Bucket representative for details.
