Why should I hire a cleaning service?

The main reason people hire cleaning professionals is to save valuable time. You can save countless hours on dreaded housework. Time saved not spent on cleaning is time you could spend with family, friends or even some personal time for yourself. In today's fast paced non stop world, cleaning services are becoming a necessity rather than a luxury.

What should I know about a cleaning service?

You should find out if the service is insured and bonded. You should ask if they carry worker's compensation insurance. You should find out if employees or contractors will clean your home. You should ask about hiring procedures. Do they perform background checks. You should ask if there is a satisfaction guarantee.

What is included in a typical cleaning visit?

There are a wide range of services that may be offered. The very basics include bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, surface areas in the kitchens and floors. Tidy Buckets will provide you with a completed check list with each visit.

How do I pay for cleaning service?

The industry standard is for payment to made at the time of service. Cash, checks and major credit cards are generally accepted.

I always thought a cleaning service was expensive and that I could not afford it.

While there are services that may charge too much, most services do not charge enough. When you get regular scheduled services, it will typically not cost more than an evening out at dinner. If you think of the time, agony and energy you save, this is a deal.

What am I suppose to supply?

You will be able to save money from not buying cleaning products.
Tidy Buckets supplies everything. There are a variety of reasons for this. Our associates are trained with the products we use. We also make sure our associates have material safety data sheets with them at all times for these products. We use high quality commercial grade products that are very effective. 

Do I need to be home during cleaning?

Not at all. It is typical for the home owner to not be home during cleaning. It is common for the home owner to issue a key and alarm code if applicable to the cleaning service. While this can be scary, Tidy Buckets number one priority is the safety and security of your home.  Your keys are locked up and kept in a secure location. Another way to look at is if you ever get locked out of your home you can call us. We will be right there.

Can you clean for us on the weekend?

Absolutely! We have a completely flexible schedule and will work with you to meet your needs.

Will the same crew do the cleaning every time?

We make every effort to have the same crew report to the same locations. You will be provided with details as to who is cleaning at your facility. You will also be notified if there are any changes to your assigned team. All Tidy Buckets associates will have an identification badge.

Can you clean while we are open?

Yes we can do it, although it does make it difficult. We will work closely with you to create a program to suit your needs.

How do we get a quote?

Either send us an e-mail or give us a call. We will schedule an appointment with you. We will visit with you to understand your needs and tour your facility. We will then work up a quote and get back to you.

How do we pay?

Tidy Buckets will set up an account for you. You will have your invoice by the first of each month. Payment terms are 2%/10- net/30.
